There is an Armageddon Event in Grow a Garden, which is a special weather event triggered by an admin. It is part of the new Zen Update. It involves reference to a meteor warning that will happen, and a meteor crash will bring about a change to the game.

What Does the Armageddon Weather Event Do?

Players who run into lava are teleported back to their garden, while geysers can boost players into the air. During the Armageddon event, crops have a higher chance of receiving the Molten and Burnt mutations, which increase their sell value significantly.

Molten Mutation: Can be applied to crops struck by lava blocks or during the event, increasing their value.
Burnt Mutation: Randomly applied to fruits during the event, also boosting their sell price.

How To Trigger this Event
