Where Can You Find the Solidifying Pictos in Clair Obscur Expedition 33?
The first way to acquire the Pictos is to explore the Crushing Cavern. It is an optional area and home of the Giant Sapling. Hop on Esquie’s back to reach the island and find the Giant Sapling. After defeating the boss, you will receive the Solidifying Pictos as a reward.
You can purchase a level-20 variant from the Gestral Merchant over the Sacred River. After Noco dies during the failed mission to take the Paintress’ heart at Old Lumiere, Monoco intends to resurrect his son and former teacher as the real Verso intended. Fly to the Sacred River and face Golgra to finish the job. Run towards the end of the path to find the local merchant and fight them to access their inventory. You can buy the Pictos for 67,350 Chroma.
Gain Shields When You Are Running on Fumes
In the event that your party member is losing health, it can make them an easy target for your opponents. Fortunately, the Solidifying Pictos prioritizes your character’s health and defense in battle. If they are below the 30% mark on their health bar, two shields will immediately generate once in every battle.
