The All Star Tower Defense X Infinite (Classic) mode is arguably harder than the normal mode. In the Classic Infinite mode, your characters do not have access to several buffs, such as Traits, making it significantly harder to get a higher score. In this guide, we will explain everything you need to know about the All Star Tower Defense X Infinite Classic mode. We will also list a few potential meta units you should ideally have in your party.
All Star Tower Defense X: Infinite Classic Game Mode Guide
Like the normal Infinite mode, the Classic difficulty will grant you all of the usual rewards, such as:
- Gems
- EXP Items
- Trait Burners
- Stat Dice
- Bounded Cubes
- Summon Tickets
- Special Units (Kujo)
The key difference is that your units will not have access to any buffs, including their Traits and Hidden Potential. This makes clearing the later stages quite difficult, as enemies continue to scale up in hit points with every wave. As a bonus for increasing the challenge, the Classic Infinite mode does provide better Gem rewards.
To start the Infinite mode in Classic difficulty:
- Launch All Star Tower Defense X
- Warp to the Infinite area
- Enter your desired level and click on the meter as shown above to select Classic mode.
Enemy Scaling
Like the normal Infinite mode, all enemies will gradually increase their hit points as you clear more waves. Here is a table breaking down the enemy HP scaling up to level 46, after which the rate of upscaling decreases dramatically. These numbers only reflect enemy HP while playing solo.
Infinite Game Mode (Classic): Meta Units and Tips
As mentioned, the Classic Infinite mode eliminates all buffs, including Traits. This means you have to focus on the raw damage stats of your units rather than high-tier buffs such as the All-Star Trait. Naturally, the best damage dealers in All Star Tower Defense X should be in your party if you want to clear a lot of waves.
Here are some of the meta units you should be using in the Infinite Classic mode for maximum damage:
- Michishibo
- Dark Wing
- Zorro
- Super Borul
- Etri
- Jin Sung
- Airren (Doomsday)
