Supervive is available on PC, but many players have been wondering if the game can support a controller of any kind.
When a MOBA meets the battle royale genre, you get Supervive. The game has a wide variety of heroes to pick and play from. It recently exited early access on July 24, 2025, with its latest 1.0 update.
Currently, the game is playable on PC, and that has led many players to wonder if the game has controller support. In short, the answer is not perfect, but yes.

Officially, Supervive does not fully support gameplay with a controller. However, experimental support is already out, and has been since the February 5, 2025, patch. However, there are some known issues with this, where it does not work properly:
- Out of Game
- Drop Phase (selecting drop location)
- When interacting with Shop UI / Death boxes
- Interacting with other HUD elements (when fully eliminated)
The developers have recommended trying this controller mode out in practice mode first.

Alternative Method To Play Supervive Using Controller
You can also consider using Steam directly to play Supervive with a controller. The steps to do so are simple. Firstly, open Steam in Big Picture Mode. Next, navigate to your library and click on Supervive.
Next to the play button, on the right side, you will see a controller icon. You need to click on this and open up the Steam Input page. This will let you select various layouts for the controller you are using. You can either use the default recommended layout, customize it on your own, or select a community layout.
Once your layout is set, go back to the Supervive page and select ‘Play’ to start the game while using the controller. That was everything to know about Supervive having controller support.
