Grow a Garden Corrupted Event is live and has brought six new pets to the game. Let’s learn about them and how to get them.
Part 2 of the Zen Event is live. The Corrupted Event brings a host of new gameplay content, including new pets and plants. The new event has six new pets in the game. Pets, as many of you know, are not just cosmetic companions, but also give a passive boost to your gardening experience.
This article will list all the new pets and what they do for you.
All New Pets in Grow a Garden Corrupted Event
The new Corrupted Event sees six new pets get added to the game. Let’s check them out one by one:

| Maneki-neko | 40% | Uncommon | Every 2 minutes, waves and invites good fortune, granting an 8% chance to refund fruit back to the player’s inventory for 10 seconds. Rarer fruits have a lower refund chance. |
| Tsuchinoko | 32% | Rare | Increases lucky harvest chance. |
| Kodama | 20% | Legendary | Grants a percent chance for Zen-type fruits to gain the Tranquil mutation after being collected. |
| Raiju | 4% | Divine | Occasionally devours a fruit with the Shocked mutation for bonus value, then spits chain lightning that mutates fruits with Static or Shocked during a Thunderstorm. |
| Mizuchi | 3.5% | Divine | When selling fruits with Wet or Drenched mutations, there’s a chance that a random mutation from that fruit is applied to another fruit in the player’s garden. |
| Corrupted Kitsune | 0.3% | Prismatic | Every 20 minutes and 56 seconds, it launches cursed energy at 9 different fruits. Each fruit has a 20.22% chance to mutate with Corrupted Chakra, with a very rare chance for Corrupted Foxfire Chakra. |
How Can You Get the Corrupted Zen Egg
If you want to obtain the new Corrupted Pets, you need to get the Corrupted Zen Eggs. Here’s how you can get the Zen Eggs:
Complete Corrupted Zen Quests: Interact with the Kitsune NPC to complete the quests. Completing the quests will reward Corrupted Eggs.
Alternatively, you can purchase it from the Tranquil Treasures Shop for 30 Chi or 149 Robux (refreshes hourly, restock for 500,000 Sheckles). The Corrupted Egg takes about 4 hours and 10 minutes to hatch.
