The RTX 4070 Ti Super is an extremely capable GPU from the Ada Lovelace generation. The card features 16GB of VRAM and a 256-bit memory bus. All of which enhances the memory and bandwidth capabilities of the original 4070 Ti. Thanks to the additional 4GB of VRAM over the 4070 Ti, gamers can enjoy ray tracing settings at medium fidelity in both the base game and the Phantom Liberty DLC. That said, here are the settings you should look out for.

Note: The RTX 4070 Ti requires a CPU with performance comparable to the Intel Core i5 13600K or Ryzen 5 7600X tier; otherwise, CPU bottlenecks may occur, particularly when RT is enabled.

  • If you increase the RT options beyond Medium at 1440p, even with upscaling, the frame rate may drop below 60 in both the DLC and the base game.

  • Avoid using Path Tracing with the RTX 4070 Ti Super, as the computational power is insufficient for a 60+ FPS experience.

  • For the best image quality, use the DLSS Transformer model, which takes a few FPS, but you can make up for it using the balanced profile. Or if you are going full raster, then DLAA works just fine.
