Uxie, with the help of other cards like Froslass and Munkidori, deals chip damage to all the Pokemon cards on the opponent’s side of the field. This powers up Azelf’s move Neurokinesis, which deals 10 more damage for each damage counter on the opponent’s Pokemon.
