As part of the latest update of PEAK, multiple new items have been added to the game. Read further to find out the entire list.
Team Peak, the developers behind PEAK, recently rolled out its first major update. The Mesa is a new and latest biome that has been added to the game. Apart from just adding a new biome, the game also got some new badges and items that you can utilize to get more fun out of the game.
That said, in this article, we will take a look at all the new items that have been added with this update and how to use them properly.

PEAK: Newly Added Items in The Mesa Update
Released earlier this year, PEAK proved to be one of the biggest Indie titles released this year so far. The game takes you through multiple biomes with your friend as you have to find your way up to a mountain.
Throughout the gameplay, you get multiple items that you can use to ease your journey to the peak. While there were multiple items already in the game, as part of The Mesa update, we received seven new items.
Uses of All Newly Added Items
- Balloons: These help reduce your body weight, which in turn drains less stamina. It can be found inside the luggage.
- Parasol: This is an umbrella that you can use to prevent your body from damaging due to excess heat. It is also available in the luggage.
- Sunscreen: Available in the luggage only, this one is pretty straightforward. Applying this protects you from sun damage.
- Scout Cannon: This throws you off via a cannon and helps you cover up a lot of distance quickly. You can find this inside the luggage.
- Aloe Vera: This plant can be found growing in The Mesa biome and can be applied to protect your skin from UV damage.
- Dynamite: This is a ticking bomb that explodes if anyone gets too close to it. The dynamite is available in the luggage as well and can be found lying on the ground at times too.
- Ancient Idol: This item can be used to protect yourself from any damage. However, do note that this comes at a cost. Whenever you use this, half of your stamina gets depleted. It spawns inside the Tomb in the Mesa biome.
