With the latest major update for Inzoi there is a possible method you can use to play the game through a controller.
For now, Inzoi is only available on Windows and Mac. However, the game will eventually make its way to PS5 in 2026. Therefore, you will, of course, eventually be able to play the game using a controller.
However, till now, it was quite difficult to do so. Fortunately, version 0.3.0 has brought some form of controller support to the game. Here is how you can play using a controller.
Disclaimer: Controller support is not yet perfect for this title. Therefore, you should expect some issues to pop up. These will likely be ironed out over time as more updates come out and we approach the console release.

Controller Support For Inzoi
Version 0.3.0 was a big update for Inzoi and added a bunch of gameplay and interface features. One of these included a list of controls. Gamepad controller support has now been rolled out for PC players. However, this is not perfect at the moment as the feature itself is still in a beta phase.
Moreover, you should know that this feature is currently only available for Xbox controllers. However, there is a possibility that the game might still not work out. In this case, there is an alternative solution you can try.
This involves using a feature present in Steam itself.

Alternative Method To Use Controller in Inzoi
Follow the given instructions if your controller is not working, or you wish to use some other type of controller to play Inzoi:
- Open Steam, and head to Settings.
- Now scroll down to the Controller tab.
- Here, you will see many options to enable Steam Input for various types of controllers.
- Enable the type of controller you wish to use.
Lastly, click on Inzoi, and click the controller button on the right side of the page. Here, you will be given the option to customize your controller input to whatever format you want. A more easier method would be to simply download a community layout.
Either way, open the game now, and you will be able to use your controller for playing Inzoi.
