Grow a Garden devs confirmed that the upcoming in-game event is going to be called the Fairy Event. It will signal the end of the second half of the Beanstalk Event, which expanded on the ongoing event by adding new pets, craftable items, and mutations. The Fairy Event is coming to Grow a Garden on August 30, 2025.

Why You Should Log Into Grow a Garden During Updates
Grow a Garden players should log into the game before the update to enjoy the benefits of the Admin Abuse event that precedes every update. During the Admin Abuse, the devs, mainly Jandel, abuse their admin powers to spawn in exclusive weather events that can give you rare mutations. You also get restocks of the best crops and gear in the respective shops during Admin Abuse.
Sometimes, other content creators and celebrities also join the Admin Abuse, such as Travis Kelce’s collaboration with Grow a Garden a couple of weeks ago. What’s more, Jandel collaborated with SpyderSammy(owner of Steal a Brainrot) to host the high-octane Admin Abuse War on August 23. The event allowed Roblox to finally beat Steam’s record for concurrent players.

The devs did not reveal much during the Fairy Event announcement. The official event page on Roblox claims that new seeds, pets, and weather will come to the game with the update. Grow a Garden usually adds new systems and features every couple of updates, so players can expect new content outside the Fairy Event as well. The announcement includes an image of what appears to be the event area. It features a large tree that has bamboo shoots growing out of the branches, and it also seems to feature small windows. Maybe the tree is where players can find some fairies.
This is not the first time that Grow a Garden will take inspiration from fairy tales. The Beanstalk Event features Jack and the giant in the clouds from the famous Jack and the Beanstalk fairy tale.
