The Tea Party is a Spring festival in Story of Seasons Grand Bazaar. The townsfolk celebrate by gathering in the town plaza to drink tea and have sweets. It is the final festival of Spring, and you can participate in it by contributing tea or its raw materials.
On the 26th day of Spring, Mayor Felix will stop by to tell you about the Tea Party Festival on the following day and provide 1 Spring Tea Leaves if you haven’t grown any tea on your farm yet. Head to the plaza at noon of the following day and speak with the Mayor to make your contribution and begin the festival. After the festival’s conclusion, Madeleine will gift you with food items for your participation.
Story of Seasons Grand Bazaar: How To Participate in the Tea Party
- Date: 27th Day of Spring
- Time: 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM
- Requirement: Tea leaves, canned tea, or drinkable tea

The easiest way to participate in the Tea Party is to grow tea crops and harvest them for tea leaves. Processing tea leaves into canned tea requires reaching Bazaar Rank 4 and completing Isaac’s request to unlock the Yellow Windmill.
Most players are unlikely to unlock the Yellow Windmill by the end of Spring in the first year. Therefore, harvesting tea leaves to participate in the final Spring festival makes the most sense in your first year. The Tea Party will end at 4:00 PM regardless of when you begin it, so arriving just before 4:00 PM makes the most sense for using time efficiently.
How To Grow Tea in Story of Seasons Grand Bazaar
To start growing your own tea, purchase Tea Seeds from Miguel’s stall in the Bazaar for 140G per unit. Then, plant the Tea Seeds in your farm and water them every day. After 9 days, the tea plants will be ready to harvest, yielding tea leaves with their variety based on the season you planted them in.
How To Make Tea Tins and Cook Tea
To make Tea Tins, place one or two tea leaves of the same variety in the Yellow Windmill’s crafting menu.
- Black Tea Tin: 2x Autumn Tea Leaves
- Green Tea Tin: 2x Spring Tea Leaves
- Pu’er Tea Tin: 2x Summer Tea Leaves
- Oolong Tea Tin: 1x Summer Tea Leaves, 1x Autumn Tea Leaves
You can also combine tea leaves with fruits, Chamomile, or Mint to create flavored tea. For example, 1 Autumn Tea Leaves with 1 Cherry will create Cherry Tea Tin.
To make cooked tea to consume or gift, head into the kitchen and use the tea tins to turn them into their consumable tea form. 1 tea tin yields 1 cooked tea of the same variety. For example, making Green Tea in the kitchen requires 1 Green Tea Tin.
