This event is exclusive to just two Support Cards in the game (currently). These two Support Cards are:
- Mejiro McQueen (Your Team Ace)
- Mejiro McQueen (Tracen Academy)
If you have any of the above Support Cards, equip them at the start of the Career run. This is a random event, so you will likely encounter it at least once in a decently long Career run.
However, you need to be careful when making your dialogue choices because the outcome and rewards will vary depending on them.

Which Choice To Select for the ‘To Reach the Greatest Heights’ Event in Umamusume Pretty Derby?
The second choice is preferred if your trainee is a Front Runner. Otherwise, the first option will be your only viable choice. This is because of one simple reason:
The Early Lead skill can only be activated for the Front Runner style. Therefore, if your character is not a Front Runner, they gain nothing useful from this choice. Meanwhile, the first choice is a solid all-around option. It increases your Stamina and Guts by 5 points. Although Guts is not as useful currently, Stamina is.
