Healing System Overview in Hollow Knight Silksong
In the original game, you used Soul to heal yourself and cast various spells. This mechanic is different for the Princess Knight. She uses a mechanic called Silk instead. Beginners might struggle to understand this system, so they can read this guide to get familiar with the game mechanics.
Every time you take damage or deal it, you accumulate Silk. This gauge is shown at the top right corner. Once this gauge is full, the circle next to your health bar fills up as well.
