Roblox announced several new features during their Roblox Developer Conference (RDC25) on September 5, 2025. The Moments experience however, stood out from all the other features. Moments is a discovery experience where you can share your clips from other experiences. You can also watch and react to clips from other players. The experience is available on all platforms and is currently in the beta phase. You can use Roblox’s in-build capturing tools to get videos and share them directly to the platform.

As stated before, Roblox Moments is a new discovery platform for creators and players alike. You can use the Moments feature to:
- Highlight game-winning clips, funny fails, and rare discoveries.
- Create short-form Roblox content by:
- Trimming videos
- Adding music
- Typing out captions
Keep in mind that the feature is currently in its beta phase and may have some bugs. The Roblox Community was amused by the announcement and shared their reactions on social media. Various community members on X commented:

If you like an experience from the Moment shared, you can click the join button to directly head into the game. Users of the experience are currently posting various Moments from their favorite games. Roblox will be updating the experience and will add more new features to it.
How To Share Your Moments
Follow these simple steps to share some of your clips on the Moments experience:
- Launch your favorite experience.
- Head into the Roblox menu and select Capture.
- Start capturing your gameplay.
- Once done, end the capture mode and your file will be saved.
- Open the Moments experience.
- Find the ‘+‘ icon and click it.
- Allow the experience to access your files.
- Select the file you captured and edit it according to your need.
- Finally, share the moment on the experience.
