Bandages play a crucial role in a game like PEAK. In this article, we will explore how you can get them and how to use them effectively.

PEAK is an exciting co-op title that is all about climbing various mountains and completing treks. However, more often than not, you will encounter surprising threats and emergencies during your journey. This is why you will need a good supply of loot when going on an endeavor. One important category of items you will need is healing supplies. While there are many of them, bandages are one of the staples that you must have in your inventory. Here’s how to get them.
What Purpose Do Bandages Serve in PEAK?

As is obvious from the name, bandages will help you recover your health and increase your HP. Unfortunately, there is no fixed spawn location for bandages. However, they can usually be found inside houses, supply areas, enemy loot crates, and even luggage bags.
Fortunately, they spawn more often than first aid kits and med kits. You can often find them inside supply crates and airdrops as well. Using them is extremely simple too. When you have successfully looted bandages, they will automatically be added to the healing slot in your inventory.
When your character or your teammate is running low on health, you can use them. Select a bandage from your inventory or the quick-use slot to start healing. This will take roughly four seconds. One bandage typically recovers 10 HP. Do note, however, that you can only recover up to 75 percent of your health bar using bandages. To fully heal, you will have to use a med kit or a first aid kit.

This is why it is suggested to keep both bandages and first aid kits in your inventory at all times. While bandages are the best for recovering from minor damage, for a severe health boost, you should use a first aid kit.
