The Chrysalis Rod is one of the new fishing rods added in Fisch with the update 1.39, and it’s hands down one of the best-looking ones in the game. This Stage 9 rod has a passive that will increase your progress speed up to +10% and has a 10% chance to mutate your catch with the newest Flora Mutation, increasing the sell value by 10x.

How To Get the Chrysalis Rod
You need to complete Hex’s three quests at the Underground Music Venue:
- Catch an Aurora Globe Jellyfish
- Use the Aurora Rod with the Invincible enchant in Desolate Deep’s Brine Pool.
- Reward: 5 Bloom Exalted Relics.
- Catch a Hexed Magician Narwhal
- Found during Narwhal Hunts with Golden Worm bait.
- Reward: 1 Flora Song of the Deep + 10 Flora Exalted Relics.
- Catch a Hexed Moon Idol
- Found in the First Sea – Blue Moon.
- Requires Level 1000.
As soon as you complete the 3rd quest, you will be rewarded with the Chrysalis Rod.
