The official September 2025 Shift Codes for Borderlands 4 are out for you to redeem. This article will walk you through the steps.
Shift Codes in Borderlands 4 can give players a lot of free rewards, such as weapons, gear, cosmetic items, and most importantly, Golden Keys. Getting items for no cost is always nice, and the latter will help you unlock certain lootboxes named Golden Chests in 2K’s new installment. However, players must keep in mind that Shift Codes are available for a limited time and can expire. Thus, we recommend using the Shift Codes given below as soon as possible.
All Shift Codes Borderlands 4 (September 2025)
As discussed, Shift Codes are essentially a free ticket to get items in 2K’s looter-shooter, Borderlands 4. The genre the title belongs to says it all: killing enemies and looting is the core of Borderlands gameplay, so players can really benefit from these codes if they redeem them in time. Otherwise, they might miss out on Golden Keys and other important items for their Vault Hunters.

The first code does not require additional steps to be redeemed; you can simply enter it with the steps we will discuss below. However, for the remaining two, you must fulfill the requirements before you can use them.

How To Redeem Shift Codes in Borderlands 4
Players have two different ways to redeem Shift Codes in Borderlands 4: one through the game and the other through the web. For the former, start Borderlands 4 on your PC, console, or Switch/Switch 2. Then, you will be able to find it in the game’s menu. If you are already in your playthrough, simply press the Esc or the Start/Menu button to find the Shift system.
After that, select the “Shift” option in said menu, and it will take you to a new Window. There you will have to login with your Shift account or create one if you do not have it. Then, you will be able to see your rewards, friends, account, and support options on the left side of the window. Select the Rewards tab, and then enter the code of your choice in the Code Redemption box.
Alternatively, if you want to redeem a code without opening the game, you can do that as well. Go to the official website of Shift and log in with your Shift account via any method of your choice. If you have not used one of the platforms to log into the website, link your account to the platform you use to play Borderlands 4.
Once that is done, find the Rewards tab on the left side of the website and redeem the Shift Code there. If you enter a valid code, your free items and Golden Key will be added to your in-game inventory and backpack, respectively.
