Red slot tools are items that can deal damage to Hornet’s enemies. You can start the wish by interacting with the board in Bellhart.
The path leading to the ring will open, and you will eventually find yourself at Bilewater. On the other side, you can spot an NPC called Shakra. Approach and interact with Shakra to conclude the wish. Once you finish speaking to them, you will receive the Throwing Ring as a reward for your hard work.
