Discover the best Amon build in Borderlands 4, powerful enough to one-shot any boss in the game with the right skill distribution and gear.
One of the playable Vault Hunters in Borderlands 4, Amon the Forgeknight is a berserker brawler with high potential for close-combat builds. Despite being a character meant for tanking, Amon can be built up for massive DPS output, enough to kill every boss in the game within a few seconds. The build uses the Crucible Action Skill but splits skill points between the Cybernetics and Calamity skill trees.

Pros
- It can deal over five million points of damage with its rotation.

Cons
- Trying to create the build from the early game isn’t the most efficient, as it becomes powerful when the build’s Augment, Capstone, and gear items are unlocked. You can respec into it in the mid-to-late game.

The best weapons for Amon are low-magazine Jacobs shotguns. A low magazine size is important because of the Bolt Action passive, which provides bonus Shock damage for a few seconds after reloading.
