What Does It Do?
The Wildfire Potion in 99 Nights in the Forest works like a Molotov or thermal grenade. Instead of directly dealing damage, throwing the potion spawns pools of lava on the ground. These resemble the lava pools found in the Volcano Biome and deal damage to all entities, including other players. You can strategically throw the Wildfire Potion around your campfire and deal a lot of damage to cultists. It works best against a large group of enemies, so you can also use it while attacking Cultist Strongholds.
How To Get the Infernal Sack
99 Nights in the Forest players can get the Wildfire Potion from the Hot Chests in the Volcano Biome area. Hot Chests spawn randomly around the volcanic area and drop one of three things:
- Crossbow
- Wildfire
- Lava Mine Blueprint
So you may have to open multiple chests to get the potion. The Hot Chests usually spawn in ditches full of scorpions. In multiplayer, you can get a friend to lure the scorpions away to access the chest. Once acquired, the Wildfire Potion takes up one space in your inventory slot like any other weapon in the game.
