The statement invites law firms to investigate and pursue legal action against the gaming giant over child safety issues. The notice also cites a recent case of an Oklahoma mother suing Roblox after a predator forced her child to send explicit material. The press release comes weeks after the Louisiana Attorney General initiated legal action against the same company, claiming its safety features are inadequate in combating child exploitation.

In the Oklahoma Attorney General’s press release, Gentner Drummond is quoted as saying he will take action against Roblox. Describing the gaming platform as “a hunting ground” for “predators,” Drummond says:
“When a platform that markets itself to children becomes a hunting ground for sexual predators, we will take action. No company should profit while Oklahoma children are put at risk, and we will hold Roblox accountable, if necessary, for creating an environment where our kids are not safe.”
The document inviting law firms to investigate Roblox names some of the games on the platform, calling them disturbing. Noted games such as ‘Diddy Vibe’ and ‘Escape to Epstein Island’ have been the subject of much debate in the community, with KreekCraft and Schlep talking about banning them for some time.
The potential legal action against Roblox from the Oklahoma Attorney General comes amid various other lawsuits against the gaming platform. In August, the firm Dolman Law accused them of child exploitation and filed a lawsuit in Georgia. Earlier in 2025, Anapol Weiss led a similar lawsuit on behalf of an Indiana Family. The suit accused Roblox of prioritizing profits over child safety.
