For the Intro to Rewards, you need to do the Venturing Out Objective. This means you need to progress and unlock the Transfer Market. To get the upgrades from this Evolution, you need to complete three Rush matches. Additionally, it requires a player to have an Overall rating of 82 or below and a Pace of 84 or below. You need to invest time and effort to be able to upgrade your players.
