Dying Light The Beast is extremely well optimized on PC. It can run seamlessly on older graphics cards. We recommend sticking with 1080p or 900p in the case of older GPUs such as GTX 1060 or GTX 1050 Ti. With our settings, you can achieve a stable 60 FPS and enjoy the game without stuttering or frame pacing problems.

Note: With the GTX 10 series specifically, we suggest playing the game using D3D11 render and disabling asynchronous compute. This is because Pascal GPUs have Software Asynchronous Compute support, which has an overhead that compromises performance.

On older gen cards, such as GTX 1060, opt for 900p with Balanced FSR upscaling for a playable framerate. GTX 1660 should be enough to play at 1080p. With RTX 2060, you can easily play at 1080p with DLSS Quality and maintain 60+ FPS most of the time.

On GPUs such as AMD RX 6600 and other equivalent ones, FSR will provide you with a favorable framerate. Additionally, you can use these settings for any entry-level laptop with RTX 2050, RTX 3050A, or other 4GB VRAM GPUs.
