As the name suggests, safehouses offer essential features such as fast travel, respawn points, and autosave. However, to activate and access the Safehouse, you must first secure the area by collecting a Datapad.

Locating Wyclef’s Reprieve Datapad in Borderlands 4
Once you reach Wyclef’s Reprieve, you will automatically receive the objective of locating the Datapad. To begin the hunt, head to the entrance of the Safehouse. The gate will automatically open, so all you need to do is cross the two consecutive doors and take the small stair set to arrive at the open area. Now, turn right toward the rails.
It is natural to assume that some objects might have fallen below the cliff, and in this case, you need to jump down to retrieve the Datapad. Once you reach the lower level, you will find the item sitting on top of a metal box, so all you have to do is grab it.
However, collecting the Datapad does not end the challenge, as you still need to return to the Safehouse. Since it is at a towering height, getting back requires a different approach. For this, take the tunnel on the left and clear the dissected plateau. From there, you can climb up to re-enter the Safehouse.
