From there, ride your vehicle and follow the marker to the Thirst Scrap, located in the Low Leys.
Once there, you will encounter multiple Manglers, including Juvenile and Badass ones. After eliminating them, continue straight to spot a grapple point near a low platform, which you need to use to reach the door of the scrapyard. Next, head inside to find Pickett, the owner.
