The Christ Air in Skate is one of the many Grab Tricks. The move comes with relatively easy controls, but what makes it tricky is the certain conditions that players have to meet. Also, learning the Christ Air can be essential for your progression since you will need to perform quests in the game, through which you get to level up your neighborhood. So, in this article, we will tell you how you can take to the skies with your skateboard and then perform the Christ Air in Skate.

The first thing players need to know about the Christ Air in Skate is that it is a mid-air trick. This means that, in order to perform it, you will first have to jump off a high platform or ledge with your skateboard. If you fail and do it on the ground, then the result will just be A Foot Plant. Additionally, we must tell you that the trick falls under the Grab category, more specifically, a no-foot grab.

Now, to successfully do a Christ Air in EA’s latest Skate, you will have to press the following buttons in the sequence given below.

Normal Stance

  • Xbox – LT + B
  • PayStation – L2 + Circle

Goofy Stance

  • Xbox – RT + B
  • PlayStation – R2 + Circle

Another thing to note is that the controls for this move are different for alternate stances. If you succeed and pull it off the correct way, then your character will grab the skateboard in one hand, and then stretch out both their legs and arms, in a Christ-like pose, hence the name. After that, once you get closer to the ground, you do a safe landing with flair.

If you do not know which stance your character has, you can check and change it by going to the game’s settings, and then Controls under the Gameplay option. Knowing about the keybind is as simple as you can see; however, mastering the move is not. For that, we recommend practicing it repeatedly until you have perfected it.

Another stellar aspect of the Christ Air is that you can combine it with other tricks, such as flips and Air Tuck.
