Megabonk offers a wide variety of weapons you can use. You have straightforward arsenals like blades to the bizarre, over-the-top weapons of mass destruction. Each of these tools can change your playstyle. On top of that, some characters are only unlockable after acquiring a certain weapon. Some of them may require you to complete a specific task.

| Blood Magic | Increase the Level of the Bloody Tome by 12. |
| Aegis | Play as Sir Oofie and block a total of 500 damage with armor. |
| Axe | Use a Sword and take down a total of 2,000 enemies. |
| Corrupted Sword | Increase the Level of the Cursed Tome by 20 in under 10 minutes. |
| Tornado | Wait for a Sandstorm and charge up a Charge Shrine in the Desert five times. |
