In Silent Hill F, the Embroidered Drawstring Bag stands as the last and most exclusive inventory upgrade. It is tied specifically to New Game Plus mode. Once collected, your carrying capacity increases by one slot, making your maximum possible inventory size fourteen.

In this article, we will explore everything you need to know to get the Embroidered Drawstring Bag in Silent Hill F.

How To Get the Embroidered Drawstring Bag in Silent Hill F

To begin, complete the game once. After finishing the story, create a clear save file and use it to start New Game Plus. Upon doing so, you receive the Inari Brooch automatically. Without this brooch, the storage room holding the bag cannot be accessed.

You will find the bag inside the Dark Shrine Corridors. From the entry point, head northwest until you come across the first branching path. On the west, you will notice an Inari-marked door. Use the brooch to unlock it. Inside, check the back-left section, where the bag rests either on a shelf or a box, depending on the description.

Once collected, your inventory expands instantly. Keep in mind that this item also counts toward the Fervent Collector trophy, which requires gathering all six upgrades across multiple playthroughs. Since this bag is NG+ exclusive, you cannot complete the trophy requirement in a single run.

You do not need to equip or manage the Embroidered Drawstring Bag manually. The upgrade applies automatically the moment you pick it up. From that point onward, you have an extra slot available, bringing your total capacity to fourteen. This extra space allows you to carry more healing supplies, puzzle-related items, and offerings without constantly discarding or juggling resources.
