This makes it one of the most important stats in the game, but you would not know that because the game gives you no information about it.

How Does Luck Work in Megabonk?
As stated earlier, Luck influences the loot you get in Megabonk. The higher your Luck stat, the better the loot you are likely to obtain. If your Luck is high, you can expect to roll upgrades in the Rare, Epic, and Legendary tiers. These upgrades are essential when progressing toward the end of the run, as they directly affect your damage output. The higher the tier, the better you perform.
Of course, RNG still plays a role, and there is always a chance you will end up with bad loot. Increasing Luck does not guarantee high-tier loot, but it does raise the odds. If you do not get it right away, you are more likely to receive it in the next drop.

How To Increase Luck in Megabonk
You can increase your Luck by interacting with a Luck tome during a run, which itself has a prerequisite to unlock. At the start of your run, seek out and destroy 20 vases across the map. This will unlock the Luck tome, which will then appear in your upgrade pool. However, the chances of the Luck tome showing up also depend on RNG, making the entire process fittingly a game of chance.
