The Fischer Family are Collectibles in Dying Light The Beast that unlocks the “Family Picture” Achievement. Here’s how you get it.
Collectibles in Dying Light The Beast provide a bit of lore and world-building, such as the Fischer Family collectibles. They are found throughout the game in different areas and can be discovered while you’re playing. They are mostly newspapers or books hidden in plain sight. But since Dying Light focuses more on movement, those areas could have been skipped during your playthrough. Here are all the locations of the Fischer Family collectibles.
Fischer Family Newspaper Locations in Dying Light The Beast
The Fischer Family collections tell you about the history behind one of Old Town’s greatest families. Their remarkable history reveals the strange science of the family in newspaper clippings and documents found around Old Town. Here are all the locations of the clippings:
October 31, 1693: Located on top of a bookshelf on the bottom floor of the Old Town Municipal Library, in a small room. You can find it in the quest area for the Killing Streak: Final Chapter quest.
April 16, 1913: Located on a shelf in a building opposite the taxi stand. The clipping is on the upper floor, south of the Railway Station in Old Town.
April 15, 1938: Lying on a desk in the western wing of the V-shaped building located opposite the Railway Station in Old Town.
June 3, 1942: On a writing desk in the same room as the previous clipping.
March 12, 1950: You can find the clipping at the Municipal Library, Old Town, bottom floor, right by the entrance on a bookshelf.
August 27, 1952: Building right by the waterfront, west of Industrial Park, on top of a side table in the kitchen.
October 10, 1975: Found in the quest area for the A Sign of Love side quest, lying on a small cardboard box. You’ll have to enter the locked door of the balcony on the top floor.
June 22, 2015: In a building on the west side of the highway in The Vale, past the underpass, on a side table. The building has several boards on the entrance.
Fischer Family Documents Locations
- Story of Eleanor Fischer: You can find Eleanor Fischer’s document in Saint Valentine’s Asylum. Find a ventilation shaft and crawl through it. You’ll find the document on one of the shelves inside the room.
- Heinrich Fischer’s Last Will and Testament: You can find this document early in the game. After reaching the town hall, its first floor has a reading area. There, you will find Heinrich Fischer’s last will and testament on one of the shelves.
