Grow a Garden players now have access to the Rainbow Fertilizer. Introduced in the Fall Market Event Part 2, this is the highest-rarity fertilizer item in the game. However, it is tied to the Fall Market Event, making it a limited item. This guide will explain how to acquire a Rainbow Fertilizer and describe its effects on the plants in your garden when used.

Grow a Garden Guide: Rainbow Fertilizer
Overview
The Silver Fertilizer introduced during the Beasntalk Event was the first fertilizer in Grow a Garden. Since then, we also got the Gold variant. The latest Rainbow Fertilizer works like the others and turns plants Rainbow for two hours. This grants a 50x multiplier on the plant’s fruits with an added chance that the crops will get the Rainbow mutation, further increasing their value. Both these boosts reset after two hours.
To use the Rainbow Fertilizer:
- Select and equip the Prismatic-tier item from your inventory.
- Go to the desired plant in your garden and click on it.
- The plant will visually turn Rainbow for two hours, with crops getting the boosts above.

Obtaining a Rainbow Fertilizer
As of the current patch, you can only get the Rainbow Fertilizer as a 500 Fall Energy reward by completing Fall Activities quests. During the Fall Market Event, you can complete these small quests to store Fall Energy. Every 12 hours, you can get rewards depending on how much Fall Energy you save up. To stand a chance of getting the Rainbow Fertilizer, you have to reach the 500-point threshold.
