In this guide, we shall go over Sir Oofie in Megabonk, the tank, and the most beginner-friendly character in the game.

Megabonk is a total meme and loves to poke fun at modern meme culture and gaming tropes, and Sir Oofie is that game’s attempt at the classic video game Knight. Ser Oofie is one of the strongest characters in the game, marking a stark contrast to his not-so-threatening name. Mechanically, too, this character comes with a ton of potential despite just being a simple Knight.
Sir Oofie is the perfect character to jump into but incredibly difficult to master. If you’re trying to figure this funny character out, this guide is for you.

How To Play Sir Oofie in Megabonk

Sir Oofie is the tank of Megabonk. You have to use Sir Oofie to control areas, letting the swarm come to you and to their demise. He is fairly easy to play and perhaps the best character for beginners. He hits hard but slow and can tank an absurd amount of damage, especially as you level up.
He comes with a basic sword that cuts clean through hordes and is more than enough to get the job done. His passive is the real star, however, granting him 1 percent extra armor. Now this may not seem like much, but this scales each time you level up. So if you level up rapidly, you’re looking at a Sir Oofie that could tank a nuke.

Best Tomes for Sir Oofie in Megabonk
The Tomes we recommend are ones that counter the character’s weakness. Sir Oofie is a tank, but he’s also painfully slow. Tomes such as the Agility Tome allow you to increase his movement speed, making him much more fun to play. The second Tome we recommend is the Attack Speed Tome, which, as its name suggests, boosts the character’s attack speed. With this, you’ll hit unbelievably hard, but also pretty fast.
If speed is no issue for you, we suggest switching out one of the aforementioned Tomes for the Damage Tome. This Tome boosts the damage Sir Oofie will deal with his sword, making him more potent overall. While you won’t notice much of a difference against swarms, this Tome shines best against bosses.
