To survive the Space Storms in Escape From Duckov, you will need the Space Storm Protection Suit and Helmet. Here are the details.
The Space Storm area in Escape From Duckov is a hostile place that will rip your health to shreds if you go there without the proper gear and equipment. Moreover, the enemies it hosts are immune to the bullets of normal guns and require special weapons to kill. However, navigating these places is not impossible. You can protect yourself with the Space Storm Protection Suit, which also has a helmet add-on, and the Protection Injectors. We have given all the details regarding how to unlock both below.
How to Get the Space Protection Suit in Escape From Duckov
To unlock the Space Protection Helmet and Suit, you will have to complete the Biological Investigation quest given by Jeff. He is one of the NPCs in the game who gives you missions and objectives to fulfill. He is generally found near your bunker entrance. Once you complete a certain mission, you unlock the following items and quests:
- Space Protection Helmet – Find the Four Horsemen quest.
- Space Protection Suit – The First Test Subject.
- The Blueprint of the Ultimate Space Protection Helmet – The Four Horsemen
- The Blueprint of the Ultimate Space Protection Suit – Koko Koko
After completing all the listed quests and unlocking their associated rewards, you must visit Xiaoming’s shop. You can buy the helmet for 3,248 credits and the suit for 6,636 credits from there. Now, to use the blueprints, you must pay a visit to your crafting station. If you are short on cash, sell unwanted items.
If you do not want to go through all of that, and instead, want a shortcut, then you will be able to find the Space Protection Suit in the 3-Lab Red Room. However, you cannot enter said room without the Access Keycard. Inside, the helmet will be in the crate in front of the center shelf. How To Get the Space Protection Injector in Escape From Duckov
Besides the Space Protection Suit and Helmet, you will need the Weak Space Protection Injector in Escape From Duckov to stay safe from the Space Storm. Furthermore, you will first have to complete the Storm Resistance and Walking Delicacy quests to get it. Both can be obtained from Mud. After completing each of the missions, you will receive 2x Space Protection Injectors as rewards.
However, you must use it while the Storm is raging to get the buff activated. Furthermore, every enemy you encounter in the Storm will be resistant to normal bullets. Thus, you will have to use weapons such as the Electrified MP7. Beating the Speedy Commander in the Warehouse area unlocks it.
