Talk to Shirley
You begin the side quest by talking to Shirley at The Asphodel, right after the Art of Survival main story quest in the game. Walk up to her and interact with her to initiate the conversation.

Prompt 3: Of course! A Brief Analysis of the Customer Flow in Icelake’s Taverns, The Craft and Evolution of Drink-Brewing in Asphodel, or Observational Records of the Luno Naming Itself the Demon King. Which one would you like to read?

Prompt 4: Well, what choice have I? Nothing lies beneath the snow of Icelake. Then how am I supposed to write a proper archaeology report?

Once the conversation with Shirley wraps up, she’ll drag you with her to the Icelake Sewers. This is a pretty straightforward area. Follow her, defeat the Filthoids, and reach the City Walls. You’ll then have to climb a building, and you’ll be at the very top. You have to talk to Shirley once again here.
Prompt: How blind I was! Wait, could you be the true hidden archaeology master in Icelake?

Once this conversation wraps up, return to Icelake City Gates and talk to her again. The objective marker will lead you right to her. Talking to her will wrap up the quest and net you the following rewards:
