In Duet Night Abyss, A Dangerous Prescription is a side quest set in the Eastern District of Icelake. To get started, finish the Hello, Icelake side quest first. That earlier quest gives you three items from Margie: a prescription, a box, and a key. Only the prescription matters here since it opens the path to Luna’s story.

Once you have it, head to Silverpeace Square in Icelake’s Eastern District. You will find Luna standing near the entrance to the Asphodel inn. Speak with her, and she will share her troubles, which sets the quest in motion. From here, things start getting tense very quickly.

How To Complete A Dangerous Prescription in Duet Night Abyss

First, you have to protect Luna. Right after your talk, two enemies show up. Take them down to keep her safe. The fight is short but sharp, showing how dangerous the streets can get.

Once the battle ends, Luna asks you to find her medicine at Hypnos House. Go there and start looking around. The remedy sits on the floor near the staircase leading to Henrik’s office. You will also have to inspect three parts of the house before the game lets you continue. These moments give you a better sense of the place and the strange things that happened inside.

While talking to Luna, you will get a few dialogue prompts. Pick the prescription option to move the story ahead. If you pick the key or box, the talk stops, but you can try again.

The biggest moment comes when you return with the medicine. You must choose what to do next:

  • Give her the remedy and risk what it might bring.
  • Keep it and let her illness linger.

Luna was once a bard whose voice was stolen by people who feared her songs. The medicine might bring her voice back, but that voice could also bring back the danger that destroyed her peace. This choice tests how you view mercy and consequence. Whichever option you take affects your Impression System stats, shaping your character’s moral path.
