The Safari Egg is the Safari Harvest event-specific egg in Grow a Garden. Released with the update on November 1, 2025, players can hatch it to get one of the new Safari-type pets in the game. How To Get Safari Egg
You can get the Safari Egg by participating in the Safari Harvest event, or you can buy it from the Safari Shop at the center of the map. We have broken down both methods below:
- Safari Harvest Reward: Each time you submit 500 points worth of fruits to the Safari Harvest, you have a 4.23% chance to get one Safari Egg or a 0.85% chance to get three at once.
- Safari Shop: Alternatively, you can buy an egg from the Safari Shop if it is in stock for 30 million Sheckles or 149 Robux. It requires 125 million Safari milestones to unlock.
All Pet Hatch Chances
There are five Safari-type pets you can get by hatching the egg. It takes 4:10 hours to hatch once you set it down in your garden. Here is a list of the pets and their corresponding hatch chances. The table also includes their pet traits.

| Oxpecker | 50% | Once equipped, all other Safari-type pets have a reduced cooldown. |
| Zebra | 25% | Every 30 minutes, it will start a stampede along the center of the map and give you a random event-themed reward. |
| Giraffe | 16% | The Giraffe eats fruits 10 studs high and imparts the Arid mutation to other fruits on the plant. The plant also gets a growth boost, and the pet increases its sell value. |
| Rhino | 8.5% | Randomly rams into fruits or eggs. Fruits take on the Mirage mutation, and the egg hatch times are halved. |
| Elephant | 0.5% | Blesses pets aged between 40-50 years and increases their weight by 0.1 kg if they are below 3 kg base weight. Blessed pets also have their age reset. |
