Duet Night Abyss has its fair share of DPS characters, which often leads to many flying under the radar. Rhythm is one such character that is often overlooked, but when built the right way, can melt through mobs with ease.

Making Rhythm reach her full potential, however, requires careful planning and investment. She’s a strong Electro-type character, but needs the right weapons, skills, and teammates to push her to the upper echelon of DPS characters. Building Rhythm the right way is certainly easier said than done, but that’s what we’re here to help you with. In this guide, we shall go over the best Rhythm build for Duet Night Abyss. We shall discuss the character’s stats, all the skills she has on offer, pick a loadout for you, and much more.

Duet Night Abyss Best Rhythm Build

As stated earlier, Rhythm is an Electro-type character and has immense damage potential. This damage potential, however, relies mostly on her skills. You have to pick the right roster of skills, and you then need to amplify those skills with the right passives. These passives come from the weapons you carry and the teammates who accompany you in your party. Picking the right weapon, in particular, is of the utmost importance. With the right weapon, such as Withershade, you can extend the range of her skills, making her one of the strongest characters to play when up against a mob.

While playing Rhythm, you’ll quickly notice that she doesn’t have the tankiest build. She’s effectively a glass cannon, but this is made up for by her excellent mobility. Playing Rhythm, therefore, requires you to constantly be on your toes. Should you take damage, you then also need a healer. Overall, your goal is to spam your skills with max possible range, and keep on your toes with rampant heals, all the while.

To make the most of Rhythm, we suggest using the following kit:

1. Withershade (Best melee weapon): As stated earlier, Rhythm relies on her skills to dish out damage. Our goal with this build is to amplify these skills, and Withershade is the most important piece of this puzzle. The Withershade weapon comes with a passive that increases Rhythm’s skill range by 72 percent. This is a massive increase and makes handling enemy mobs far easier.

If you’re not one to struggle with mobs and feel no need for the extended range, you can also swap out the Withershade for the Siren’s Kiss. Siren’s Kiss comes with a slightly reduced skill range boost, sitting at 60 percent. But the weapon makes up for it through its passive, which boosts attack speed by 7.2 percent for 15 seconds and up to 12 stacks. Either weapon works well in our build.

2. Soulrend (Best Ranged Weapon): As far as range weapons go, we suggest bringing in the Soulerend, and it is for the very same reason we suggested the Withershade. The Soulrend comes with a passive that boosts skill range by 72 percent. If you pair the two weapons together, you’re seeing a 144 percent boost to the overall skill range, which is absolutely massive.

Team Composition for Best Rhythm Build in Duet Night Abyss

As we stated earlier, Rhythm relies primarily on her skills, so we’re going a step beyond by bringing in Tabethe to amplify them even further. Tabethe can play the role of support to Rhythm’s DPS, and can amplify Rhythm’s skill to deal more damage.

Rhythm is far from the tankiest character in the game, and we’ll nullify this weakness by bringing in Truffle and Filbert. Truffle and Filbert will play the role of primary support, providing constant heals to Rhythm over the course of any battle. Take note that even with the heals, Rhythm is still a glass cannon, so use her mobility to escape swarms.

As far as the Geniemon you take goes, we suggest bringing in Electrelf. Electrelf synergizes with Rhythm’s Electro-type moveset, boosting the Electro damage she deals. This improves her overall damage potential, which is always a good thing. Even more importantly, Electrelf comes with a passive that restores 15 Sanity for allies, while also increasing their Skill DMG by 10.5 percent. This skill damage boost only adds to our already impressive skill damage total.

Tips and Tricks To Use Our Best Rhythm Build in Duet Night Abyss

Following these tips and tricks will allow you to use Rhythm to her full potential:

  • Rhythm may not have the highest survivability or damage without the right setup, but she does have one of the highest mobility in the game. Use this to your advantage to dash around enemies and finish them off with ease. She is also one of the best characters for exploring around the world, and will make it less of a hassle with her Volt Rush.
  • Apart from her skill damage, you want to make the most of Rhythm’s Electro-type damage. Her ult, the Electro Vortex, deals a massive chunk of Electro damage, which is amplified further due to our selection of Electrelf.
