The first step toward finishing the quest is to start it. After defeating Gwynn, head to Jaune Sector 6. Near the south of Wild Zone 8, you will find Mediera near a broken Holovator. She wants you to fix this Holovator via brute strength. According to her, this Holovator can be fixed with one or two well-placed punches. In order to complete this quest, you need to use a physical fighting-type move on the Holovator.

The easiest way to complete this side quest is to use the Rock Smash move. Just summon Bunnelby, and use this move to fix the elevator. You can catch Bunnelby in Wild Zone 1 of Lumoise City. Talk to Mediera after fixing the Holovator, and this will mark the end of this side quest.
