Here’s how you complete the Power Out quest in Arc Raiders by finding a fuse and restoring power to a substation on Spaceport.
Power Out is an easy-to-do quest from Celeste that slots in between her “Mixed Signals” and “Flickering Threat” missions. If you are new to this game, this quest is pretty straightforward. Just follow the instructions below, and you will be able to complete it.

Arc Raiders Power Out Quest Guide: Where to Find the Electrical Substation
You’ll need to deploy into the Spaceport map for this quest. The Electrical Substation is a Point of Interest (POI) on the southern edge of the map. You will find this just south of the Staff Parking area. Once you are in the southern region, you will notice fenced-in utility yards with transformer housings indicating their locations.
Arc Raiders: Power Out Quest Objectives
The quest has three simple objectives that you can complete in a single run.
Objective 1: Locate the Electrical Substation
You have to reach the substation compound located in the south of Spaceport. The quest marker will guide you to this location.
Objective 2: Find Signs of the Missing Engineer
Once inside the substation, search the center area for a dropped fuse on the floor. This particular item is the one the missing engineer dropped, and you have to pick it up by interacting with it.
Objective 3: Restore Power
Now that you have the fuse, turn around and locate the fuse box on a nearby wall. After that, hold your interact key to insert the fuse, then flip the power switch to restore power to the substation.
Power Out Quest Rewards
After flipping the switch, you will complete the quest and receive your reward. Here’s what you can expect:
- 32,000 XP
- 2x Showstopper
You can also receive 5x Wires, 5x Explosive Compound, 5x Oil, and a Radio Renegade Variant Bag.
