The Security Breach is one of the skills in Arc Raiders that falls under the Survival branch. During your playthrough, you might come across a Security Locker that says “0/1 Security Breach.” This is where the skill comes into play, as it is required to open such lockers in the game. Of course, that makes the Security Breach skill quite important for progression and loot, which might feel a bit unfair for players who do not want to invest in this particular branch. What Is the Security Breach in ARC Raiders?
The Security Breach skill which is part of the Survival Tree in Arc Raiders, allows you to open Security Lockers throughout the various maps in the game. You can unlock this skill quite late because it is at the end of its branch and requires you to invest 36 skill points in total.
Naturally, that consumes a good amount of your time and demands a lot of in-game hours since you gain skill points by leveling up, which in turn requires XP earned through quest completion.
Looting, scavenging, and crafting are three of the most important aspects of Embark Studios’ latest extraction shooter, so it is quite natural to feel frustrated that the developers locked the Security Lockers behind a skill.
Furthermore, many players who do not want to go down a survival-focused path in their playthrough risk missing out on good loot and rare items hidden behind these lockers.

How To Unlock the Security Breach in ARC Raiders
Now that you understand how the Security Breach works in Arc Raiders, it is time to talk about how you can unlock it if you wish to.
To unlock the Security Breach skill in the game, first go to the main menu. Then, press the RB/R1 button on your controller to open the Raider tab.
There, you will find the icon for the Skill Tree on the left side just beneath your character. It is the first option among the rest. Once you click on the icon, the Skill Tree tab will open, and you will see three distinct paths: Conditioning, Mobility, and Survival.
To reaffirm what we discussed, the Survival Tree in Arc Raiders has a total of 50 skills, and the Security Breach is one of them, which you can unlock by spending 36 points.
