There are no specific spawns for the keys in Arc Raiders. You have to loot regions and wish that you are lucky enough to get one. Here are all the spawn locations for all the keys in the Dam Battlegrounds map:

How To Use Dam Battlegrounds Keys in Arc Raiders
Every key has the same purpose: to unlock a high loot area. However, each key is used to unlock different doors throughout the map. Here’s how you can use the keys:
