Continue down the linear path heading west to reach a camp with the Boss Bokoblin. Defeat Boss Bokoblin, and Typhan will then ask you for help in rescuing his soldiers. He’ll then offer you free supplies from his camp, which will then open a menu where you can collect supplies.

Cross the wooden bridge on the linear path, and you’ll find another outpost with a large Moblin inside. The Hylian Captain is fighting the Moblin. Defeat the Moblin to rescue the Hylian Captain. Then, exit the camp and keep heading west. You’ll have to cut down tons of monsters along the way.

Follow the objective marker to reach the second Hylian Captain. This one, too, is fighting a Moblin. Help him defeat the creature to rescue him. Rescuing both Hylian Captains will unlock Typhan as a playable character. Typhan is a standard sword and shield character.

Take control of Typhan and make your way to the Central Hyrule Field. Head to the center of the field, and you’ll spot Hinox. Keep your party intact and use its entire might to defeat Hinox to proceed.
