Gameplay Overview
You begin the game equipped with a basic shovel. Once you equip that, you can simply proceed outside your base and start digging the ground. In the beginning, you can expect to find common loot that won’t earn you a ton of money. Once you’ve dug up an item, you will need to carry it back to your base. Place the item you found in your base. Doing so will cause the item to start generating some money every second. Keep digging and adding more of these valuables to boost your income. You can then use the money to purchase a host of item upgrades, such as a better shovel.
Controls
The following is the control scheme for the game:
- WASD: Movement
- Left click: Use equipped item
- Hold right mouse button: Turn the camera
- Spacebar: Jump
Marketplace
After you have some coins, you can visit the Marketplace. This is where you’ll find several of the shops. You have the store where you can buy better quality shovels. Then, you have the Pawn Store, where you can sell items that you don’t need. The weapon’s store sells items that you can use to protect your base from other players. finally, you also have a Pet Store, where you can buy various pet eggs and hatch them. Once added, these pets might add valuable mutations to your loot, increasing their earning rate.
Defending Your Base
Other players can enter your base and steal your treasures if you aren’t careful. You can prevent this various manner. For instance, you can buy defensive items, such as weapons from the appropriate store. For instance, you can buy and place bear traps in front of your base’s entrance. These can thwart the attempts made by other players to enter your base and steal from you.
Rebirth
The game also has a Rebirth system. To initiate your first Rebirth, you’ll need to spend $3M and have at least two rare treasures in your base. If you go through with the Rebirth, you’ll lose all of your progression and restart the game from the beginning. However, you’ll receive the following:
