A Beginner’s Guide for MonsterVerze
Character Creation and Tutorial
The game begins with a short cut scene that shows how you were in an accident while trying to save a cat from a possible truck collision. After that short intro, you’ll need to create a custom character, where you can choose your gender, their facial expressions, body types, clothes, and much more. After you are happy with your avatar, you can proceed on with the tutorial section of the game.
During this part, you’ll meet a character named Skella. She’ll guide you through a basic combat tutorial. In this portion of the game, you’ll need to fight Daisy. Follow these steps to complete the encounter:
- Pick up the sword or stick to add it to your inventory.
- Tap on the weapon icon to equip it.
- Use the weapon to defend against Daisy’s attack during the ensuing battle.
After you’ve completed this part of the Tutorial, Skella will guide you to the train station. From there, you can now access the open world and start interacting with other players on the same server.
Claiming the Free Set
The first order of business after the tutorial section is to claim the free starter set. To do that, you have to follow the steps below:
- Open up the MonsterVerze menu and click the ‘Buy Girl’ option. This enables you to join the girl server.
- Once you’re in that server, rejoin the main server to ensure your progression updates properly.
- After returning to the main server, you will receive the free starter set. This rewards you with 10,000 Ghoulars (in-game coins)
Claiming the free set and the money is a great way to get a head start early on.
iGhost Phone
when you’re in the open world, you’ll notice a phone icon appear on your screen. This is the iGhost phone. Click on it to open up the in-game menu. From here, you can undertake the following critical activities:
- Manage your character’s appearance and inventory.
- Look at the items available at the different shops.
- Access the VIP Monster section.
VIP Monster
VIP Monster is a section that you can enter through your iGhost phone. It’s a gacha system where you’ll spend the in-game currency to roll for a variety of rare items. The coveted Halo is also part of the items list that you might unlock from here. You can also choose to buy the VIP Monster game pass, which will give you the following benefits:
- Exclusive gacha rolls
- Certain seasonal items for free
- Ranking progression mechanic that rewards you as you keep playing.
- Additional Gems
You’ll need to spend quite a bit of in-game money to get your hands on the most crucial item, the Halo. It’s available through the VIP Monster section. So, keep playing to earn more cash and then use that cash to try and claim the Halo.
