How To Unlock Cherry Grove Biome in Plants vs Brainrots
To unlock the Cherry Grove biome, you will need to clear Brainrot Invasion stages (from 51 to 75). Once you beat stage 75, the Cherry Grove area will automatically unlock. Here is how you can do that:
- Complete 25 Story missions to make the Garden Podium appear.
- Finish 25 Grasslands missions to unlock the Desert biome.
- Beat 25 Desert missions to unlock the Jungle biome.
- Complete 25 Jungle missions to finally access Cherry Grove.
Keep in mind that these missions are significantly harder than earlier ones. Enemies have higher HP, so make sure your plants and equipment are upgraded before attempting them.

The Cherry Grove biome has four secret-tier Brainrots that can’t be found anywhere else.

Getting to stage 75 isn’t easy, here are some practical tips to help you progress faster:
- Upgrade before entering. Strengthen your plants and use the Mutation Machine to boost stats. Fused plants perform better in higher stages.
- Stock up on XP bottles. You’ll need plenty to keep your Mutation and Power Machines active. Running out mid-run will slow you down.
- Equip powerful garden cards:
- Bloom Ascendant – Increases plant stats after 1,000 kills.
- Doom Bloom – Adds +40% damage to all plants.
- Tile Trio – Gives +25% extra damage for sets of three matching plants.
- Frozen Frenzy – Boosts damage to frozen enemies by +55%.
- Refocus – Moves the tankiest enemy to your strongest row every 35 seconds.
