Acquiring the Jupiter Rifle in Arc Raiders is a long task, as it requires you to farm the blueprint and its components. The blueprint for the gun is found after completing the Harvester event puzzle in the Dam Battlegrounds. The gun is a legendary rifle with high damage but a very slow fire rate.

Its special perk lets its lasers penetrate targets. Here’s how you can acquire the Jupiter Sniper Rifle in Arc Raiders.

Farming the Materials

Before we go look for the blueprint for the Jupiter Rifle, you’ll need to farm the materials required to craft the item later. You’ll also require a Gunsmith 3 workshop to craft the gun as well. To level up your Gunsmith to three, you need 3x Rusted Gears, 5x Advanced Mechanical Components, and 4x Sentinel Firing Cores.

After you have your Gunsmith workshop ready, it’s time to farm for the Jupiter Sniper Rifle materials. You’ll need 3x Magnetic Accelerator, 3x Complex Gun Parts, and a Queen Reactor. Most of these parts can be farmed from quests and by scavenging. However, you’ll need to destroy the Queen during the Harvester event to complete your Jupiter rifle.

Preparing for the Harvester Event

In the Dam Battlegrounds map, look for the Harvester event below the East Broken Bridge. You can also spot the Harvester with a satellite icon on the map. During the Harvester Event, you can either face against the queen or run past her to get to the Harvester. Inside the Harvester, there is a puzzle section required to unlock the loot, where you can get the blueprint for the Jupiter Sniper Rifle (chance drop).

However, crafting a Jupiter Rifle requires you to defeat a Queen for the Queen reactor. Aside from that, there will also be other raiders who would want to loot the Harvester, so it is recommended to do this with a party to help you complete the puzzle fast.

Solving the Harvester Guide

Entering the Harvester can be a bit tricky, as it sends flames at every interval (45 seconds) in the chamber. After you enter from the exhaust, a timer begins to indicate the next burning phase. During that duration, you need to finish the puzzle inside or run outside, as the flames will deal damage to your party.

First Puzzle

So, after entering the Harvester, look for three fusion cores to insert into the middle reactor. The first fusion core is found on the floor, and the others are randomly placed in breach compartments on different floors of the ship. If you see a search icon, ignore it, as they won’t contain the fusion cores. Only breach compartments contain the fusion cores.

After finding the three fusion cores, place them near the middle compartment and head out for the next flame cycle. After it resets, go in and breach the middle compartment and insert the fusion cores.

Second Puzzle

Inserting the fusion cores will activate the core and shock players at certain intervals. It also increases the flame intervals to 1 minute 25 seconds, giving you more time. Getting shocked takes off your shield, and you can either heal after getting shocked, or run out of the room.

Third Puzzle

Once the middle reactor activates, you need to shoot 12 yellow nodes that appear around the room. This will complete the puzzle and unlock three compartments in the middle that can also contain a Jupiter Sniper Rifle Blueprint.

If you do not shoot down the nodes before the next flame interval, the fusion cells are thrown out and will need to be re-inserted to start shooting the nodes again. However, the nodes that are destroyed will remain destroyed.

If you’re lucky, one of the compartments can contain the blueprint. This can then be crafted into a Jupiter Sniper Rifle later in Speranza. Additionally, you’ll also receive high tier loot and resources. However, you do need to extract successfully to keep the loot. So, equipping an inventory augment will be quite helpful.
