REPO’s Monster update has expanded the roster of monsters, and the Head Grabber is perhaps the funniest-looking monster in the game. This goofy monster is tiny, yet manages to be hilariously jacked. He walks around like he owns the place, and it is quite a funny visual to come across.
The Head Grabber is genuinely hilarious with how he looks and moves, but he can prove to be trouble with his rampant aggression. Furthermore, the Head Grabber has a co-op exclusive gimmick that transforms him from a goofy monkey into a horrifying monstrosity. How the Head Grabber Works in REPO
The Head Grabber is a standard enemy that walks around the levels. Once he spots you, he runs up to you and begins attacking you. The Head Grabber can either claw you or dropkick you, with the latter dealing 10 damage.
Where the Head Grabber really becomes a problem, however, is in co-op. In co-op, the Head Grabber has a head-grabbing gimmick. If one of the players in your team dies during your run, the Head Grabber can then grab their head off the corpse and wear it like a crown. With your teammate’s head in the monster’s possession, the Head Grabber deals more damage and attacks much faster.
One cool thing that comes out of this is the special POV cam. If you’re the player who died and now rests atop the Head Grabber’s head, you’ll get a special POV where you can see the monster moving. This is incredibly fun to watch, and you get to see the chaos unfold before you.

How To Deal With the Head Grabber in REPO
The Head Grabber is a fairly basic enemy, and you can just beat it to death with any weapon. In co-op, after he’s grabbed a head, he becomes incredibly dangerous. Trading blows with him while he has a head on is detrimental to you. Instead, what you need to do is grab the head he’s wearing. Grabbing his head stuns him, which then leaves him vulnerable. Use this opportunity to beat the monster and progress.
