How To Complete Heaven Has No Pier Chapter in Where Winds Meet
Visit Aunt Han at Blissful Retreat Inn

Once you start your playthrough of Where Winds Meet, your first objective in Heaven Has No Pier is to meet Aunt Han. She is located at the Blissful Retreat Inn, and a quest marker appears at the location to help you reach it. Once you reach Aunt Han’s location, getting close to her triggers a cutscene, where she asks you to serve wine to some customers. During the talk with the customers, you get to learn about a character named Killerblade.
Keep serving the guests till you get a quest marker to a private chamber inside the inn, when Aunt Han appears and asks you to check on the Porcelain Kiln. Once again, follow the quest marker to get introduced to Song Jiu, who reveals that someone had broken into the kiln and ruined everything, which triggers the next part of this quest.
Investigate the Porcelain Kiln

This section of the quest introduces you to the Wind Sense mechanic, which allows you to sense anything out of the ordinary in your surroundings. Use the Wind Sense to look for the tracks that lead inwards to the kiln. Now, keep following the quest marker till you reach some human bodies, when you suddenly hear a voice crying for help.
Head towards the direction of the voice, and you find another NPC named Bony, who is crying for help due to being injured. Now, assist Bony in standing up and leaving the kiln to trigger the kiln.
Fight Jianghu Wanderer

When you start to leave the Porcelain Kiln with Bony, an unknown swordsman suddenly attacks both of you. This leads to a boss fight with the Jianghu Wanderer in Where Winds Meet. Keep attacking the Jianghu Wanderer until you trigger a cutscene, during which the swordsman stops, impressed by your martial arts.
Once he stops fighting, he demands that you take him to the Blissful Retreat Inn, where he believes a person named Han Xiangxun, also known as Aunt Han, is hiding. He also reveals that he is called Killerblade, a name you’ve heard from the guests at the inn.
Ride With Killerblade and Ditch Him

After the revelation, your character claims to have injured their leg, so Yi Dao offers to share a ride on his horse. However, at one point, he asks you to get down and check if someone is nearby. Use this opportunity to run away from him and follow the quest marker, which leads to the Ghost Temple.

At the temple, you have to enter a secret passageway, which can help you reach the Inn without alerting Killerblade. Take your time exploring the passageway, as you can find lots of different loot that you can keep. Near the end, you have to squeeze between two rocks to exit from this location.
Return to the Blissful Retreat Inn

Now that you have successfully managed to escape the Killerbalde, head to the Blissful Retreat Inn and inform Aunt Han about him. However, you won’t find her, which leads you to having to talk with Yaoyao to unlock the inn’s second floor. When you are inside, inspect the area with your Wind Sense and head to the quest marker, which leads to the well outside.
Explore the Underground Cave Inside the Well

Your Wind Sense guides you to jump inside the well, revealing a larger area beneath the inn. When you finally reach the bottom, illuminate the nearby regions with your bow and continue until you encounter some enemies. After passing them, you can find the Nameless Flute item and a pressure plate that requires two people to stand on to open a door. Note that you have to use the flute to play the Song of Longing on the other plat to activate it.

Once you are done, collect the rewards in the chamber and interact with the mysterious book on the table to unlock new combat abilities.
Overhear the Ghosts and Explore the Area

When you read the book, it triggers a cutscene where you wake up at the inn. However, when you try to leave the room, you overhear some ghosts talking outside. Additionally, you have to get close to them to hear their conversation. Once you are done, head through the wall near the third ghost group and keep following the quest marker.

A cutscene will start when you reach the objective, where you can see a woman who highly resembles Aunt Han. However, this person starts a fight with you instead, triggering a mini-boss battle. Note that the enemy has a lot of large AoE (Area of Effect) attacks that cover large areas on the ground. You have to avoid the telegraphed attacks and defeat her to move on with the quest.
Return the Flute and Leave the Area

Once you wake up, you have to track back to return the Nameless Flute where you found it. When you do it, a hidden passage opens up, with yet another quest marker. Keep following the marker till you reach a note, along with the sound to interact with someone named Doudou. Moreover, this allows you to exit the underground area using a ladder.
Go To Aunt Han’s Room

Now that you are out, follow the quest marker till you reach Aunt Han’s room, then use the Wind Sense to look for clues. This triggers a cutscene where Yi Dao appears, and some enemies start to attack you with flaming arrows that you have to defend yourself from using a shield. Once you are safe, head to the rooftop with Yi Dao and defeat the enemies with his help.
Follow the Attacker

When you finally defeat the enemies who ambushed you, Yi Dao intentionally leaves one alive to see where he goes. For this section of the Heaven Has No Pier chapter, you have to learn about sneaking in Where Winds Meet.

Following the survivor leads you to a tunnel with various hidden contraptions. You have to use your Wind Sense to make sure you do not trigger traps and also solve the puzzles. Finally, solving all the puzzles leads you to the main room, where a cutscene triggers. After the cutscene, defeat the two groups of Aureate Pavilion Guards and stop them from burning the poison flowers. Once you are down, follow Killerblade to the enemy hideout.
Break Into The Enemy Hideout

When you finally arrive at the enemy hideout, Killerblade goes in first to distract the enemies, which gives you the perfect opportunity to enter the main enemy stronghold. Your first objective is to save Ruby and Beard Guang, after which you have to keep going forward towards the main building in the stronghold.
Defeat Dalang Boss Monster

When you enter the large open area, a monster horse named Dalang shows itself. Moreover, this is the first proper boss fight in the Heaven Has No Pier chapter in Where Winds Meet. The boss mainly uses its legs to attack you and quickly dashes around to deal damage to you in the process.

Once you defeat the horse, the Horse Trainer appears and places a curse on Dalang, which empowers the monster. Dalang now has a strange red aura around it and moves much quicker than before. Make sure you dodge at the perfect times to avoid getting hit.

When you finally manage to take down Dalang for the second time, Aunt Han appears after a cutscene to help you finish off the attacker. Moreover, she is angry with you, as there is a chance you could have died when messing with Yi Dao. This also concludes the first half of the Heaven Has No Pier chapter in Where Winds Meet.
Talk to Ruby

At the start of the second part of Heaven Has No Pier chapter in Where Winds Meet, you have to first talk to Ruby, whom you saved in the stronghold. You can find her by following the quest marker to her location. You also have to speak to Beard Guang the same way. When you are done, start heading to Aunt Han’s location, where you can find both her and Killerblade engaged in a conversation.
After the cutscene, talk to Yi Dao, after which you have to find Aunt Han by the coast. When you reach her location, another cutscene starts where Aunt Han decides to leave. Ruby also comes along with you to talk with Aunt Han. When it’s over, go and speak to Killerblade to progress the story.

Now, Ruby meets Killerblades for the first time and decides to leave with him. Next, help Ruby get on the back of the horse, and say your farewells to her. Additionally, follow the quest marker to reach Doudou’s location and also say goodbye to them. Finally, keep following the quest marker, which leads you to take part in the First Jar Banquet.
Retrieve Belongings From Sweetwine Tower

For this part of the Heaven Has No Pier chapter in Where Winds Meet, you need to go to the Sweetwine Tower to get your belongings. You can simply follow the quest marker until you arrive at the tower. When you are there, follow the marker to an opening on the ground, then jump down to reach an underground area. However, you need the Secret Haven Key, which is located deep within the caves.
When you retrieve the key, squeeze through a gap in the wall to get to the flying lock platform. You have to use the platform to reach the Secret Haven, where you can retrieve your belongings. After you collect the items, leave the underground and leave a letter for Aunt Han, informing her of your plans to go with Yi Dao. Additionally, this concludes the second part of the Heaven Has No Pier chapter, which is called Dust on the Rhombus Mirror.
Meet Yi Dao at the Ruined Temple

For the next quest, meet up with Yi Dao at the Ruined Temple, which is the location where you fought Dalang. After a cutscene, you learn more about the attack and spot boats carrying more attackers from the Aureate Pavilion.
Save Civilians and Defeat Aureate Pavilion

When you try to help people being attacked, Killerblade tries to stop you, leading to a fistfight between you. After the cutscene, you both decide to head back to the Blissful Retreat Inn, but your character falls from the horse halfway through. This gives you the chance to investigate a nearby sound, which appears to be Aureate Pavilion members attacking innocent people.
Once you defeat them, talk to the NPCs named Jin’gang and Qiaoxian. Moreover, you have to ask for their help to save others, with you saving Ruby at the end of it all. After saving Ruby, head to the Sweetwin Tower, but keep defeating enemies on the way to create a safe passage. When you arrive at the tower, help Yi Dao defeat the remaining Aureate Pavilion soldiers.

Defeating the enemies from the Aureate Pavilion starts a cutscene, where one of the strongest enemies in chapter one shows herself. The enemy turns out to be Quianye the Witch, who Killerblade mentions in a prior cutscene. This is the second and last boss fight in the Heaven Has No Pier chapter in Where Winds Meet.
Fight Qianye the Witch

Qianye the Witch in Where Winds Meet has two phases. During her first phase, she uses a large scythe to slash in a large arc. Moreover, the boss can teleport around to avoid getting hit, making it much harder to damage her. You have to rely on parrying her attacks to deal damage to her, which then triggers her second phase.
In the second phase, Qianye the Witch ditches the Scythe and takes on a more inhumane form. While she still uses the scythe, her attacks grow fiercer as she becomes much faster and hits much harder. Moreover, this phase has two different sections.

When you deplete half of Qianye’s health, she breaks the arena floor and inverts the battlefield. This allows you to fight a different version of Qianye who has white hair. This form of her acts like the first phase, and can disappear to either dodge attacks or get closer to you. However, when you manage to defeat her, you return to the location of the first phase after a cutscene where both versions of Qianye attack you.
At the end of this, Killerblade shoves you into a room to save you from Qianye, but gets stabbed in the process. This concludes the fight with Qianye the Witch in Where Winds Meet.
Travelling the Homestead Path
Finally, after you escape from Qianye the Witch, head towards the quest marker on your horse. After a long cutscene, you finally end the Heaven Has No Pier chapter in Where Winds Meet.
