While many of these can be acquired easily, others require a bit more effort to get. Mellow Milk is needed to craft items such as Benevolent Bread, which can be quite useful as you journey through the United Kingdom of Euchronia.

Where to Find Mellow Milk in Metaphor ReFantazio?
There are various locations where you can acquire Mellow Milk in the game. This includes multiple different vendors you can find across the map. These include
- Opisth the Water Trader
- Inundo
- Ligno
- Aurelia Water Shop, Altabury Heights
Mellow Milk will cost 800 Reeve to purchase at any of these vendors. However, Opisth is the earliest vendor you can access that sells Mellow Milk. Head to Thoroughfare Square in Martira to find Opisth the Water Trader. Additionally, you can visit Opisth the Water Trader on Idlesday to get a discounted price for Mellow Milk.
Apart from these vendors, you can get Mellow Milk after unlocking the Gauntlet Runner. On the Gauntlet Runner, check the onboard Pantry daily to get free ingredients. While it isn’t a guaranteed spawn, you can occasionally get Mellow Milk from the Pantry. Since the Pantry refreshes every day, it provides you with multiple chances to get Mellow Milk.

- Benevolent Bread: Unlocked by interacting with the Kitchen on the Gauntlet Runner around 7/10. You require the following ingredients for Benevolent Bread:
- 1x Fragrant Spice
- 1x Mellow Milk
- 1x Orgo Sugar
- Secretest of Secrets: Unlocked by interacting with the Kitchen on the Gauntlet Runner around 8/13. You require the following ingredients for Secretest of Secrets:
- 1x Lord of the Lake
- 2x Mellow Milk
- 2x Marbled Bluefin Tuna
- Almighty Golden Stew: Unlocked by interacting with the Kitchen on the Gauntlet Runner around 9/7. You require the following ingredients for Almighty Golden Stew:
- 1x Limp Goldfish
- 1x Mellow Milk
- 1x Lumibee
