When you are powering through a map filled with zombies in No More Room in Hell 2, you need to know how to heal. The undead really want you on their team. But, don’t worry. We have you covered. Torn Banner Studios made injuries slightly more detailed and complicated to add to the immersion of their latest eight-player co-op. Players can’t heal all the injuries using one item the same way. Here is a guide on how to save yourself when your virtual soul is about to leave your character’s body.

Survival horror lovers were recently introduced to the 732-ZH virus in the game, which has turned the world of NMRH into a nightmare. Adding permadeath to such a game makes health an even more vital feature that you can’t ignore because there are no revivals.

You can either get hurt or start bleeding in the game. While these terms may be used interchangeably, they differ vastly in their nature and will determine how you can cure your character.

If your character is bleeding, you will receive slight HP damage over short durations of time. So, keep an eye on your health bar. If you are bleeding out, use a bandage to stop the bleeding quickly. It won’t recover a lot of your lost health. Using a medkit will heal you effectively, but it will be a slow process. Ask your teammates to cover you in the meantime if you think it’s worth the effort. Do so by equipping the bandage or medkit from your inventory (Press Tab) and use the left click on the mouse.

On the other hand, if your character is hurt, the game won’t let you apply a bandage. So, medkit is kind of your go-to friend in that case to recover HP. It works the same way here as well. Equip the item from your inventory and left-click to apply.

In case your teammate is hurt or bleeding, approach them with the item equipped and press E to help them heal. Save some of your time by dropping the item to them for future scenarios by right-clicking on it in the inventory itself.
